Hey Jamey,
Thanks for posting this w/ Sunday Setlists. Looks like two different worship sets for each service - do you lead both of those? Do you have to do two separate rehearsals?

Our Traditional service is at
9 am. Avg age in that service is around 60. We use piano, 2 acoustic guitars, and one electric guitar that plays the melody line. Larry picked up his 30 yr old electric about a year ago. There is no rehearsal for this service until Sunday morning and I do lead it.
The contemporary service is at 10:30 am Avg age is around 30. We do rehearsal on Thursday nights at 6:30 and I lead that one as well.

Fred, I would like to thank you for your blog! I really enjoy reading what other Worship Leaders are doing and getting idea's that we can use at Parkhill!
Keep up the awesome work!

Have Fun,

wow. until this summer, I also planned and led two different services every week. It became a bit grueling in my particular case. I hope you are finding joy in both venues!

Hey Kim,

For me it's not that hard to do. I enjoy it, although I would prefer to do one blended service. There's many reason's why we do it this way. Maybe one day we will go a unified blended service, but not right now. I could talk (or write) for days on this subject. Maybe I'll do a post on this.
Kim, tell me about your experience on two diff. services vs the way your leading the one now.

Have Fun,
