Today was pretty good. We opened up with Sing Sing Sing by Chris Tomlin. Followed by a reading Psalms 98. Awesome chapter. We then went into Our Love is Loud. We did our Meet and Greet time. I'm trying to give more time to that. Sometimes, I hurry that up and have been asked to extend it a little. A New Hallelujah was next. This is our third week singing that one by Michael W. and Paul Baloche. We ended the set with Give Us Clean Hands.
Pastor spoke on John 15. How we need to "Bear fruit on the Vine".
Michelle Bernstein and I sang "You Raise Me Up" during the offering.
We closed the service with "He Reigns" by the Newsboys.
Overall, we had a good day.

We do two services too.. our first one is very traditional (hymns--no choruses) and second is a blend (contemporary)
Thanks for posting.. good to meet someone else who does what I do-- split my time in planning two worship services.
"Sing, sing, sing" and "A new hallelujah" are both songs that we have not done at our church but i've been seeing them on other churches setlists a lot. Maybe I need to check them out.
Hey Steff,
Both of those are really awesome. ANH center's around the church and it should be alive and effective.

Hey Jim, (that's my son's name)
Good to hear from ya. I enjoyed your post as well. I'd be interested in your band set-up. I'd also like to see your 1st order and what instruments play in that service too.
I have a full band for the 2nd service. For the first we have 2 acoustic guitars, bass, piano, flute, and sometimes drums but not all the time.
Good to connect with ya,
Jamey
