Hey everyone!!
We had a great day at Parkhill today! The sound was awesome! Everyone felt comfortable! Marty Skaggs, former Worship Pastor, was here today. He sang an original song for us. I'll get the name of it and post it later.
Here's the order:
1st Service
I’ll Fly Away
On Jordan’s Stormy Banks
We’ll Understand It Better By and By
Soon and Very Soon
Sweet By and By
2nd Service:
You Are Good
Made to Worship
Nothing But the Blood
Grace Like Rain
The post is a part of Sunday Setlist over at Fred's blog! Go ck out what other believers are singing in church!

Like that set list.
actually both of them
very nice.
I see the stark contrast between traditional and contemporary services!
:)
loving it.
"On Jordans stormy banks" I've never heard that one.
"Sound was great and everyone was comfortable" Sounds like you had a great day!:)
Hey Justin and Steff,
Justin-stark contrast indeed! However, we are considering going back to a one-service format! Hindsight 20/20, I thought it would be good, but after 3 yrs, it's like we lead 2 churches. Might work in other church, but not here. You live and learn.
Steff-On Jordan's Stormy Banks was written by Samuel Stennett in the 1700's. I found this on him today-

I've been singing this song all my life!
Have Fun,
JSK
