Day 3 of a New Habit


Researchers say that it takes 21 days to form a good habit. I'm on Day 3 of forming one. One Monday, we started walking/running! I say walking and running because that's what I'm doing to get used to doing something I've never done on a consistent basis. You can keep up with my journey in the sidebar. I'm doing this because I believe that I need to lose some poundage. I have a goal, but I believe that i will share that a little later.
