Well, I guess it's time to write a little about my title change at Parkhill. I am no longer the Worship Pastor at Parkhill, although I am still on staff. Sherry and I have been praying about moving into a Pastoral role. Although, I feel like I've been in that role for a while, we're just making it official.

My new title is Pastor of Spiritual Development. Some of my new duties include: developing a new members class, developing an assimilation ministry (which is developing ways to connect with visitors), Outreach Ministry, and taking a more active role in Parkhill's Community Groups.

I will still be leading the Worship Ministry, but Kyle Bernstein, our Worship Intern, has taken over the main worship duties. Kyle leads the 10:30 am Contemporary Service and I still lead the 9:00 am Traditional Service.

Eventually, I want to pastor a church, but I feel that's farther down the road. I still have a lot to learn, before I take that step. I ask that you pray for us as we continue to serve Him and seek His will in our lives.

I've been reading Carlos' blog, Ragamuffin Soul, for almost two years now. He is the program director at Buckhead Church, one of the campus' of North Point Community Church, where Andy Stanley is the Pastor.

His first album is coming out on Integrity Media. You can buy 2 songs and get 1 free today on Itunes!

The whole album will be available soon. Down below you can listen to the three songs for free. Also, check out this video about the music from his blog, Ragamuffin Soul.
